Thank you for shopping with us at Outlaw Mugs™! Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Handmade items, including mugs and coasters, are carefully crafted by us and may take 7–12 business days to be ready for shipping.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Timeframe
We currently offer standard shipping, which typically takes 6–10 business days from the time your order is shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays, customs, or weather conditions. While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. You’ll see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to follow the progress of your shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, delayed beyond 15 business days, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at rdr2mugs@gmail.com. We’ll investigate the issue and do our best to assist you.
International Shipping
